I wish check-in was a little earlier than 4pm because by the time we got settled and went to the grocery store it was already evening. The patio, outdoor furniture, and pool were very dirty so we spent quite a bit of time cleaning that before we could enjoy the outside."

"We had a great time! We spent most of our time in the backyard and in the pool. Chris was great; very attentive and very helpful. The house has everything you need and is very well maintained. The loft was a lot of fun and well suited for families with kids of all ages. The only downside was the street noise (intermittent) in the back yard, but we got used to it pretty quick and didn’t notice it much after the first day or two. Overall great experience and we would definitely come back!"

There was no welcome/checkout binder with instructions about how to use the spa, where TV remotes were located (never found one and each bedroom had a TV) and what needs done upon leaving. No common kitchen supplies like salt & pepper, oil, spices, coffee filters. Only one hair dryer for 3 bathrooms and no facial tissue in the bathrooms. I reached out to property manager for assistance and our contact person was never contacted. Pool table cues didn't have...

"Property was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool had sun almost all day. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. A few negatives: hot tub temperature was not adjustable. Inside air conditioner could not be set below 74. (outside was 100). Outside cushions were very stained. Biggest complaint was that it had a bad smell, like someone had been smoking inside."
