We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. You will be asked to either pay a refundable damage deposit or non-refundable waiver and upload a govt ID.
A guest must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation. We do not host guests below 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
Only the guests registered in your reservation will be allowed entry.
To accommodate group sizes, we charge additional fees of $25 per person after the second person.
Absolutely NO Pets Allowed.
This apartment is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.
Contactless check-in is available via an app + keypad on the front door - a door code for entry will be provided. WYND device in the unit for noise level.
Damage to the property will incur the following charges:
