"The kettle was filthy and we had to ask for a new one. Only enough tea, coffee, sugar and sweeteners for 1 day. We were there for 3 days checking out on the 4th day.
The shower curtain did not keep any water of the floor. The floor was like a swimming pool after every shower. We stayed for 3 days with no clean towels.
Lack of service is sad.

"Highly recommended! Upon arrival the lady at reception was very welcoming and easy going. Room was clean and fresh with plenty of secured parking directly Infront of our room. Facilities were clean even if didn't utilise them but the Pool and BBQ area looked well maintained and clean. Location is brilliant 2 minute drive to Sunnybank markets were we had some of the best Asian meals we've ever had. We will definitely be back for our next trip!"

"Deluxe Studio - cons -not very deluxe! not well stocked, one mug and one coffee cup for two people. Shower- water leaked out and soaked the floor. Toilet seat very unsteady/loose. Was adequate for us for a one night only stay, due to the darkness of the room that had poor lighting and no natural daylight able to get in due to the high rise buildings all around it.
Pro's -very good rate from Expedia, clean and tidy, large bed with good quality pillows and bedding. Staff very friendly and...

"Our only problem was the VERY noisy extractor fan in the bathroom which we dealt with pretty well by closing the door. But there was another noise which I think may have been the air-conditioner. No problem with the renovations. Looking forward to seeing the results. Very good location with free Loop Bus across the road & walk to casino and bridge to Southbank."
