"Bed we’re Comfortable and room had good heating. Room needs so work done to it. Especially bathroom no heater or fan. Had hole in wall by bath must of been flooded at some stage. Bath needed cleaning before kids could use. Hair and dead ants in there. Also tray for utensils has heaps of crumbs in. ..."
