"This was a great property. The description is accurate. The location & amenities were amazing. I Highly recommend this place. The place was really clean. The master bedroom shower is great. The two beds in the second bedroom was so convenient for my son and his friend to stay. The property has a market and a restaurant on site. A gym as well. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for a week and it was relaxing. When we come back to Panama City, I will definitely look to see if the space is...

"This unit needs some maintenance. One of the outdoor chair seats was busted so we had 3 seats for four people. The handle on the sliding glass door was broken. The sofa was dirty. The whole unit needs some sprucing up. We love Edgewater and have stayed here many times. Clean but unimpressed."

"The room was exactly what we anticipated being a studio suite. The beds and furnishings were new and clean. The chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. The umbrella could be a little bigger but no complaints. The building is older but was well maintained and clean. The only complaint I had was the location of the shelf's and hangar rack. It made it hard to stand in front of the sink and mirror without hitting my head. Move it to the other wall on the other side of the mirror and problem...

"My family had another condo reserved for our vacation. The night before we left, our condo was flooded and we had to find another place to stay. This place came through and exceeded our expectations. The owners were prompt with their responses, the price was reasonable, everything was clean and it was conveniently located. I recommend this place! "
