"The hotel was quite comfortable. Check-in was very smooth and amenities were all good. It wasn't a fancy room, but it was comfortable, clean, quiet and had a great view of the city. The Chicago Hotel Collection Ambassador Gold Coast
"This hotel needs a refresh. Carpet in the room was disgusting. Hotel is old and tired. Best place is the lobby. Called down to the front desk to see how room lights turn on and no one would answer. Room was not serviced after the first night. Called down to the front desk. No one answered again."
