I lived in Chevrainvilliers for many years and renovated the property with love in 2014. It is now available for relaxing country holidays from May to September. Treat yourself a real break, discover the local countryside and the famous rocks in the Larchant and Fontainebleau forests. The house is right next to Paris for sightseeing day trips (just one hour from Paris by train) and the Olympic Games. Leisure activities are abundant and are all within 5 to 15 minutes of the house: an olympic size swimming pool, sauna and hammam, canoeing on the Loing river, a huge tennis court complex, adventure park, walks, climbing.
Enjoy the many sites of natural beauty and history : Fontainebleau and Nemours castle, market at Milly la Forêt and more. Nemours hosts the region’s largest Prehistoric museum!
Relax in the large 30m2 living room, enjoy a good sized kitchen for family meals. Chill out in the garden or courtyard. Have a barbecue. Games and books available. There are 2 connecting bedrooms on the ground floor (ideal for families with children) and 2 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is 40m2 and which has a cot, children’s toys and equipment.
On the land is your large house, and
in the far corner, a small house where Christian, your host, will be staying, and will be available if you need him. The two houses are completely independent and separated. The courtyard is mainly for you, and the rear garden is entirely private.
