Shuttle bus was helpful. Outdoor play area was good for the children.
Unpleasant smell on arrival at the reception area of the hotel. Definite wear and tear and a bit of TLC needed.
Cleanliness was not good enough. Cobwebs all around the ceiling where it met the wall. Cutlery at breakfast was often dirty. Even when asked staff to clean table, didn't move any items on table and did a half hearted job.
My daughter couldn't sleep the first night because she kept getting bitten. She was originally trying to sleep in the additional bedroom with bunk beds but had to come into the main room.
For me, it did not represent value for money. We have stayed in cheaper 5* hotels that were far more luxurious. You basically pay for the proximity to Disneyland- this gives premium prices for a less than average quality. Breakfast was limited. My daughter's barely ate. The changing rooms for the swimming pool were closed. We were told a towel would be provided. We were given a tiny hand towel which didn't fully fit around an adult body, having to get from the pool back to our room with very little coverage.
