"All was exactly as promised; great decor and super-convenient location. House kept cool, despite the hot weather. No issues parking in the paid spot (used app to book in advance so didn’t need to get up early!!!) Discovered a great little canal side walking route into town and the nearby Waitrose was open late for groceries. "

"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"We had a lovely stay in the property. The only thing I'd say is there were no oven gloves or tea towels. The washing up liquid was almost finished and we didn't have enough towels. Apart from those minor things everywhere was really clean, thankfully we had fans in the rooms and dee was great at picking up messages and explaining everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again"
