"This is a 3 storey townhouse which is not wheelchair accessible. Pretty basic but functional. Too many beds in each room gives a cramped, claustrophobic feeling. One room shouldn't even be a bedroom, think was originally designed as a potential ensuite to one of the other rooms but was never completed.Kitchen area okay, nice and clean but not enough space for 13 people to eat together sensibly.Carpets have no underlay and the soundproofing between floors is non existent. "The property was lovely and had everything we could wish for. The view was amazing. Will definitely be going back. Chester is so pretty and lots for everyone to do"

"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"Have to say the real selling point for this property is its location; 10-15 mins walk from the city centre.Having said that the cleanliness really let down this property.Cobwebs in the bedrooms, atleast a years worth of crumbs down the side of the sofa, microwave dirty, toaster needs emptying and splash back behind cooker covered in fat. A very cold property but the lovely beds and furnishings helped!"

"We had a lovely stay in the property. The only thing I'd say is there were no oven gloves or tea towels. The washing up liquid was almost finished and we didn't have enough towels. Apart from those minor things everywhere was really clean, thankfully we had fans in the rooms and dee was great at picking up messages and explaining everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again"

"The Dairy is a very well presented accommodation, has everything needed, Very clean and nice and quiet setting Is in easy striking range for local attractions, eating & shopping. We enjoyed our stay and I am sure we will re visit again. Also we were given lots of helpful information About the surrounding area prior to arriving So was able to have our plans on trips while staying. Thank you."
