"We had a garden room which over looked Hyde park. Need I say more? The staff was super helpful. We were there during an unusually hot period & the AC was up to the task!!"

"1. The shower drained poorly not because of a clog but due to poor design. 2. There were no phones to call the front desk, and our AT&T phones had no service, so you have to physically go to the lobby. 3. "Nice stay, rooms are small but clean and AC worked well, Iron& Blow dryer in rooms...great breakfast buffet, helpful staff, but elevators are slow."

"The hotel is nicely kept and close to a train and bus station to conveniently travel to the tourist areas. There are a few limited food options in the immediate area but you can kind plenty of options within a 10 to 15 minute walk."

"The hotel is very dated and not good value for money. Only plus is it’s at T5 so easy access. Room was musty with carpeting throughout and A/C non existent. Felt like I couldn’t breathe like there was NO fresh air. Room is dated. Upgraded to a suite room with free mini bar. Two Coors not even uk ..."
