"Stayed for one night. Check in was ok but there was a mix up of this and another hotel with same name saying they are in airport. The other one we would need ti wait and take a van and go to a distant and old terminal. Since we didn’t have much time given how late it was I paid this hotel better located and list the “ old one”. I asked for a credit or a switch given it was from the same group but they denied. Then I was given a room in front of elevator. So I had to ask for a new one. Staff is...

"We stayed at Holiday Inn Lima Airport for a night. Lovely and spacious rooms that felt great after a long day of travel.
The morning breakfast - was awesome. A whole assortment of hot and fresh food and fruits with some of the local delicacies as well.
Every one of the staff members were very pleasant and ensured we had an enjoyable experience with their hospitality.
We will definitely be back in the future."

"The rooms were clean enough. The bathroom sink in our room didn't have a cover so whole brushing your teeth, you could literally smell the odor.
We only stayed there for a few hours to catch a red-eye flight to Panama but the staff was really friendly and professional.
I didn't realize that the location was literally in the heart of downtown Callao- compared to a Miraflores or Barranco, it's not the most ideal location but for the price we paid I guess I can't complain."
