"Rang in advance to tell Reception we would be arriving after 10.30pm, she said it was no trouble. When we got there the young lady was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She told us where there was plenty of tea coffee and milk if we needed it - which we did after a long journey. The hotel itself was a little dated but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good quiet nights sleep. We would definitely use it again. "

"Lorraine was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She greets you the minute you arrive and gives a rundown on how everything goes. She gave us a map with some recommendations of things to do and places to eat. She also makes breakfast every morning and you have more than enough options so you can get something different every day. We will be staying here every chance we get."

"Attended a Wedding at the property which performed an excellent venue and service. Next days breakfast was one of the best we have had with many options from fresh food menu served by polite helpful staff. Recommend a visit if your in the area."

"We had a really comfortable stay at Dakota Glasgow. We were travelling with our nine month old baby, and the cot provided was excellent – they even included extra blankets for her and a teddy bear. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel feels modern and well maintained, so everything works smoothly. The shower was great, the place smells fresh, and it is well located – about a 15 minute walk from Glasgow Central, making it very convenient if you are arriving by train. If you are driving,...

"We have stayed in this hotel before and love it This time we had a suite Room was fairly big bed comfortable amenities good lovely warm shower We took advantage of our free drinks in Champagne Central ( well that was closed but the room beside it and although not as stylish it was fine) Breakfast was great (lovely to not have to cook it) So overall relaxing only downside was it was too short!!! "
