"You get what you pay for. Showers were not clean, mold growing in silicone and grout. Needed a good clean or bleach! I turned the “waterfall faucet” on and the water completely missed the sink and ran directly onto the floor (because of the design and miniature sized space saving sink). Messy chaos to deal with. Room heater didn’t work or have instructions. Outside, car park and grounds were dirty and didn’t feel safe. Staff were nice."

Hotel entrance is older but the floors / rooms are immaculate / recently renovated and one of the best rooms we had during our trip. Spacious rooms, great A/C. Great hotel choice would stay again"

"This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Glasgow! The room was big and spacious with a comfy bed! The hotel is modern and has a real boujee feel about it. The spa and wellbeing was a little disappointing: it had a big sauna and 3 hot beds, the plunge pool was out if order but there was nothing else or anywhere to go. As there were 6 folk in it meant that unless you were in the sauna or had one of the beds you had nowhere to sit even! The gym was good and there was a nice bar. The breakfast was...

"The actual room was fairly clean with a decent shower and toilet and good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the main road. The building and surroundings are very run down, I wasn't even sure the pub was open to go in and collect the key as the windows had bars on them and the hanging sign was empty. Needs a bit of a paint job. Parking was dodgy, surrounded by bins, rubbish and just not very clear where to park."
