"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed, staff was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful, fresh and tasty. The bus station is located right outside the front door, which made for very convenient connection to the metro. "

Breakfast offering was adequate but line ups usually with only one coffee machine. Would not choose this location again. Desk staff were friendly and excellent. Room had no area for suitcases, very small closet."

"The hotel staff were kind and courteous. When we checked in we were greeted with a clean and spacious room. Clean bathroom and even am aminity bar in the lobby that we could choose a variety of items. We loved using the different bath salts each night. The breakfast area was large and had a significant amount of options. Typical Japanese fare plus a number of western options as well. We were able to try something new each morning we were there. The location couldn't be more convenient. Right...

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...
