"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"This place is wonderful. Perfect location close enough to the Ponte Vecchio but far enough from it that the foot traffic feels at arms length. The front desk staff is super warm and the location is beautiful. Make sure to check out the courtyard next to the front desk area and also the stunning roof top bar views. I found this spot to be exactly where I wanted to start and finish my daily walking journeys. Slip into the nearby side streets for some great cafes, restaurants and Osterias."

"I liked that this place had daily house keeping and a refrigerator in the room. There's also a cappuccino machine downstairs by the lobby where you can get your morning coffee for free. The room was very very very small. If you're traveling alone, this room would be fine. There is no coffee machine or kettle in the room. There is no iron in the room, but you can borrow one from the front desk. There is no laundry room in the hotel."

"ZERO STARS!! This is NOT a HOTEL. They communicate via WhatsApp, quite incessantly when THEY need something. But when we lost power in our room @ 11:30pm they did not respond to multiple messages or calls. The prominent emergency number posted at the from desk is the same WhatsApp number I was using. Apparently, a much smaller sign shows a different number for emergencies. Maybe there could be a number in the rooms for emergencies... We had to sleep with the windows open, with no screens....
