"Nothing about this place was good. Dirty rooms and empty soap bottles in the room. We stayed for one night and regretted every moment. The staff gave us the wrong code to our room three times and then ended up giving us the master code to all rooms. Good thing we’re good people…"
"The hotel and the staff are great. B&B has a lovely friendly and helpful multilingual onsite staff 7am - 11pm.
The rooms are modern and bathrooms are larger than most in major European cities for 3 star hotel. The bed, bedding and linens are functional. AC good and Italian tv!
Drawbacks is the neighborhood. Even though convenient to Termini station (20 min brisk walk or 7 min walk 7 min. bus ride) the surrounding neighborhood is unkempt with a few sketchy characters.
