"Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig! Es war schwierig zu einzuschlafen, da permanent irgendwelche Leute jeden Tag ihre Koffer gepackt haben! Bettwäsche war auch eher alles sehr einfach! Für mich war das kein Boutique Hotel, welches hochwertig sein soll! Einfache Zimmer! Nichts besonderes! Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen! "

The staff was attentive and friendly to go through with us the check in process and we get to know they have same day luggage delivery service provided to the guests, we try the service as we was changing to disneyland hotel and it was efficient and fuss free! Will stay back when we visit tokyo again!"
