This brand new , spacious apartment is located in Mar de Cristal and offers large sunny terrace with stunning views.
With a modern open-plan design and large glass sliding doors allowing plenty of light into the spacious living area, two bedrooms with space for 4 guests, and access to the communal pool and the Mar Menor just a stone’s throw from the apartment, this makes for a great Holiday!

The apartment features a large open terrace that overlooks the communal pool and well-maintained green areas. Large double-glazed sliding doors allow plenty of light into the living room and kitchen. You have the option to slide the doors over to one side or the other to open up the home and enjoy the warm Spanish climate, with an average of 321 days of sunshine a year.

The open-plan living/kitchen area is beautifully decorated and filled with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a kitchen island/breakfast bar that opens out to the terrace and pool.

There are two double bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes providing ample storage space. The master bedroom features a large walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

Additionally, there is a guest bathroom and a storage/utility room in the hallway, ideal for a washing machine and for storing golf clubs.

The apartment comes partially furnished and is equipped with heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. A call intercom system is available for added security.

The large communal pool is surrounded by a mature garden with artificial grass and palm trees, perfect for relaxation and recreation. There are outdoor showers by the pool, and each property has its own off-road parking spot, accessible through an electric gate.

The property also includes access to a secure underground car park with a designated parking space.

Mar de Cristal is a well-connected town, just 5 minutes from Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor, and 5 km from the nearest golf course at La Manga Club. It’s also 20 minutes from the historical city of Cartagena, 35 minutes from Murcia International Airport, and just over an hour from Alicante Airport.

Mar de Cristal is a coastal residential area, which offers a neighbourly community, parks, bars, restaurants and a marina. Mar de Cristal has fantastic beaches on the calm Mar de Cristal, great links to La Manga Strip, the coastline of the Costa Cálida and Costa Blanca, as well as the historical cities of Cartagena and Murcia.

The property is just 5 minutes to Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor, 5 km to the nearest golf course at La Manga Club and 20 minutes to the historical city of Cartagena. 35 minutes to Murcia International Airport and just over an hour to Alicante airport.

If you plan to have visitors during the day, no problem. But please make sure the only guests who stay overnight are those listed in your reservation.

This helps us follow local ordinances on maximum occupancy and keep our home comfortable and safe for everyone.

6. Pet Policy:
We’re a pet-free home, which includes animals of all types.

7. Pool Safety:
Please ensure that, without exception, children are supervised at all times while using the pool. Additionally, strictly no glassware is allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents and injuries.

8. Trash and Recycling:
Please take out the rubbish before your check-out. We appreciate your help in separating recyclables in the bins provided

This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.

9. Handling Damages:
Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can take care of it.

10. Simple Clean-Up:
Before you leave, please wash and put away any dishes or kitchenware you've used, so our housekeeper doesn’t have any extra work to do when preparing for our next guests.

But please don’t feel you have to strip the beds or wipe the floors, we’ll take care of that!
