Welcome to Winds V D1 a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom oceanfront condo that sleeps 6. Enjoy the convenience of central heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and easy access to a community pool and beach. The oceanfront deck provides stunning views and includes a table with chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or simply taking in the scenery. Community beach access is available, making it easy to enjoy the shore just steps from the property.

Inside, the kitchen and dining area are well-equipped with modern appliances and seating for family or friends. The dining table seats six, with additional barstool seating for three. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven with a flat top stove, and both drip and Keurig coffeemakers, along with a kettle. The living room features a cozy sectional, flat-screen TV, and access to the oceanfront deck, providing an ideal space to unwind after a day on the beach.

The sleeping accommodations include a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and access to the decks, as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk, and a flat-screen TV. A second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and a convenient stacked washer and dryer for guest use.

Carolina Beach

Lovely stopover in Carolina Beach on my East coast road trip.Clean, close to restaurants and minutes from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

Wonderful location, noisy neighbors

Overall, a great little place to stay during the off season. I am not sure how parking and crowds may be during the summer months. The condo was comfortable and clean. I will note that the upstairs neighbors were EXTREMELY loud at all hours! I think that is just the risk that is taken with staying on the first floor but we definitely lost sleep and found the noise kind of bothersome even during the day at times. The floors and walls must be extremely thin. We were also surprised that our car was sandwiched in between cars from other units and it took some time to get ahold of the other owners when we needed to move/drive our car. The parking situation is definitely not ideal. The unit itself was decorated nicely and was adequately stocked. The pool needed to be cleaned and is older but the deck furniture was nice. Overall, this unit is a great pick for adults looking to enjoy the beach/ocean and walk to the boardwalk and nightlife! It is obvious that the owner has taken care in making this a relaxing beach getaway. Just remember to bring your earplugs!

Good time

We loved the condo. It was a good location, but the view of the breakers were blocked by the dunes. The parking situation can be a little difficult especially in a larger vehicle or truck. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We had our kids and our dog with us, and had a fun family vacation.

What a Disaster!

This will be very long but a suggested read. Our trip started with a lot of confusion about available parking for the unit. Long story short...the listing says free parking. The rental agreement says parking passes. But a few days before you check in you will find out that

Great view and Location, subpar management

View and the location are awesome. Dog friendly was great! Virginia did a great job making sure the property was clean. Management was not communicative or helpful during our stay— the shower didn’t drain, beds were uncomfortable and towels were really old and gross. This place would be top notch with better management and attention.

Great property minus a few things!

This property is beautiful and conveniently located to the beach, the boardwalk and restaurants. The kitchen was lacking many utensils and supplies, the sliding glass door was very difficult to open. Could definitely use to be oiled… All of the kitchen cabinets could also use some oil. The seal around the front door is either missing or broken. Therefore, a lot of warm air came in and a lot of cold air escaped. The temperature was not regular in the home and my husband discovered that the air filter needed to be changed. It looked like it had not been changed in six months to a year. He was able to find a new filter and changed it. There were knobs missing on the front bedroom dresser, not allowing use of that drawer. Both bathmats in each bathroom were soiled, and none of the comforters or extra blankets in the closets had been washed. On the positive there was plenty of dining seating, plenty of seating in the living room for TV and coffee time. The porch allowed for a nice view of the ocean also with plenty of seating. The washer and dryer worked great, as did the dishwasher.

Beautiful holiday on the beach!

We had a beautiful holiday on Carolina Beach. The place was clean and well equipped for a long vacation. There is a little noise from the floor above, mostly when travelers used luggage with wheels but overall fairly peaceful.
