Our home is located in a quaint neighborhood with elderly residents. We are strictly a 'no party' home.
The space

The space

Our home is around 2500 sq. ft , 4.5 bed/4 bath home and is set in a large sun-bathed 1.2 acre property. The house is fully fenced with over 1000 feet of beautiful redwood fencing and has a private, motorized 15-foot entry gate.

It has a large living area, capable of comfortably seating 9 plus people, with a 65” flatscreen TV complete with a Sonos home theatre system.

The kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan, and can host a large family dinner/get-together. The kitchen has a large island with 3 bar stools and a cozy seating area with 2 cushioned swivel chairs. The dining table can seat up to 8 guests. The kitchen has a coffee bar with a DeLonghi Espresso machine.


The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed with a wide master closet, spacious master bath and a cozy office/yoga room with a sofa bed comfortable for sleeping 1 adult or 2 kids. In addition, there are 3 more bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds, two of them being en-suite having their own full baths. The main 4 bedrooms are all equipped with posterupedic beds, flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and dressing mirrors.

The common fourth bathroom in the hallway is a full bath as well.

Our home has a wrap-around deck complete with 8-seater outdoor seating, a fireplace, an umbrella, market lights, a propane gas grill and an Ooni wood fired pizza oven. We also have Adirondack chairs and swing lounge chair. Breakfast can be enjoyed in bistro tables, complete with chairs, with a striking view of the Santa Lucia mountain range.

The 'Buddha Field' is an award winning Zen garden on our property, for meditation and contemplation.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and grounds.
Other things to note
Our home is located in a quaint, residential neighborhood with elderly residents. We respect their privacy and are strictly a 'no party' home and while we have plenty of outdoor seating for family entertainment, we request to bring your gatherings inside after 9 pm pacific time. We have a noise monitoring system installed in the property and will politely remind you if noise levels get too high.

***Booking NOTES***

Guests with no Airbnb reviews will be required to enter a short term rental contract with the owner including ID confirmation for insurance purposes.

If you are willing to book this property, please be aware that there is an additional Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) required by Monterey County and calculated at 10.5% of the nightly charges. This will be requested via Airbnb's 'extra services' payment request feature.
