In a dreamlike location you will find a place where you can forget everyday life, switch off and enjoy every comfort. Villa Mar Bella has just been completely renovated with great attention to detail. New floors have been laid, doors and windows renewed. New, modern bathrooms and kitchens await you. All the furniture including beds and mattresses are new. The total living space is approx. 210 m².

The holiday home is ideally suited for people who want to spend a relaxing holiday together in a comfortable atmosphere, but still want to enjoy privacy. The upper floor and ground floor each have a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Two double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one on the upper floor. The upper floor can also be accessed via a separate entrance. The outdoor area is equipped with a large pool, sun loungers/umbrellas and a dining area with Weber barbecue. There is also a pool house with toilet here. In front of the house is a nice lounge corner, accessible from the living room, where you can spend pleasant hours.

The bedrooms and living areas are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms also have mosquito protection in front of the windows.
All rooms have WLAN reception.

Please ask in advance for a high chair and travel cot; we will be happy to provide you with both. Children's cutlery and crockery are available.


Location and surroundings:

Font de Sa Cala is a quiet village consisting of exclusive detached houses. However, you will also find restaurants and shops for your daily needs. The main attraction of the village is its idyll and its beautiful bay. The beautiful bay "Font de Sa Cala" is an insider tip. Here you can find a nice spot even in the high season. It is considered one of the most beautiful in the municipality of Capdeperas and is 350 m walking distance from the house. A beach bar and sun loungers and umbrellas await you there.

You can enjoy the tranquillity of Font de Sa Cala and still be in Cala Ratjada (approx. 5 minutes by car), where there are many very good restaurants, shopping facilities, cafés and bars and of course the idyllic harbour. On Saturdays there is a weekly market. Other beautiful beaches and bays can be reached in no time: e.g. Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta. Several golf courses (Capdepera, Pula, Son Servera, Arta) and riding stables are also nearby.

The beautiful town of Arta with its weekly market worth seeing, its nice shops and its castle is 12 km away, Capdepera with its medieval castle 3 km. Here you can enjoy delicious tapas in the idyllic Orient square and feel like you are in a film set in the evening.

Cleaning products are used in the holiday home that effectively remove coronaviruses. Our staff follow all safety protocols as instructed by local authorities.

Bed linen, towels as well as electricity and water costs and tourist tax are included in the price.
