"Casa Peces is a wonderful place to stay in the Santa Ana area. Although it is not in the center of town as the listing suggests but actually in Rio Oro, it is still very easy to access. With a secure carport, a large kitchen, and private bedrooms for four couples, it is the perfect place for a home base or retreat. But the best part of Casa Peces is Jessica. "The house was wonderful. Brian was a delight to work with. We are 5 friends on vacation and every one of us was comfortable. We loved that it was in a gated community and very close to the heart of town. The communal pool was a few short steps behind the house and it was better than some hotel pools. "El apartamento está bien, pero el condominio en donde está ubicado no, demasiadas restricciones para una zona cómo Jacó, no se podía tomar ni una gaseosa ni un jugo en la piscina, horario de la piscina limitado y cerrada en horas de almuerzo. Pagas para 6 personas pero también hay muchísimas restricciones para el ingreso y salida de las mismas. Ruido súper restringido y para la gente que fuma… no se puede ni siquiera fuera de la casa. No me volvería a hospedar por el condominio y sus reglas....

"The location was amazing because it is part of a very small community right on the a huge long beach with wild surf. There were times when you were the only ones on the beach in either direction. You got the sunrise and the sunset. There was a beautiful lush transition green space full of palms and birds. The caretaker and her son were very accommodating to put up and take down the hammocks when we were there to use them and they did many other helpful things in the warmest manner. Our group...
