Casa Mandolina on the beach in Jaco

A wonderful 2000 sf beachfront home on south Jacó beach with private pool, charcoal grill, and lawn backyard. Located just a 7 minutes’ walk to downtown.

This home is fully air-conditioned and tiled, and boasts beautiful wood finishes, such as the lofty ceilings and skillfully carved bedroom doors. Secured with PVC windows and doors, including sliding doors that open to the pool terrace. The property is fenced and has an electronic alarm system and a security officer at the gate from 9 am to 9 pm every day.

The well-equipped kitchen is completed by a breakfast counter with stools and dining table for six. Two outside tables for four people each allow for al fresco dining.

The living room sits six people in comfortable couches around a smart TV (internet-connected) with Blu-ray player. One of the couches pulls out to a Full-size bed (suitable for children or small teenagers, not for adults).

The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and its own smart TV (internet-connected), closet and ensuite bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a whirlpool (jetted) bathtub and a walk-in shower suitable for wheelchair entry. The second bedroom has a Double (Full) size bed, and the third bedroom has one King size bed. These bedrooms have shelves and hanging space for clothing and personal items.

A 22" charcoal Weber grill, a hammock on the porch and many pool chaise longues let you soak the good life.

Enjoy high-speed internet connectivity for work and play complete or to call home for free via VOIP.

Stay at Casa Mandolina on your next Costa Rican vacation and make it your base to enjoy the beach and everything Jaco and its surroundings have to offer.

The maximum occupancy is for up to 6 adults and 2 children 3-17 years old, or 3 single adults.

The pricing quoted here is for the entire property and the base price is valid for up to 6 people. Additional children ages 3-17 years old are US$15 plus taxes and fee per person per night. Children under 3 years old stay for free.

Our group consisted of 5 adults (2 couples and a single), and this house was the perfect fit for us. Spacious and roomy with all of the amenities we needed. When we booked, we really didn't expect to use the pool at all - but found ourselves using it multiple times every day just to relax

Great place for a relaxing time in Jaco

This location could not have been more perfect. Three bedrooms, two nice size 3 bathrooms, beautiful pool and unbelievable walk out to the beach. Everything was absolutely clean and worked well. Gabriel was a gentleman and explained how everything operated. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful visit

Absolutely loved the location on the beach and the pool (and the restaurant down the road!). The house decor is old fashioned but was clean and functional. A few things like the difficulty locking the gate need fixing but they were minor. Having a security "guard" on the site was a bit different for us, but for other people this may be a blessing. We would very happily come here again!

Great Beach Stay in the water

AMAZING LOCATION

Great location. Across the street from the beach and a very short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The pool area is awesome and Gabriel was great in checking us in and answering our questions. The house was spotless and exactly as advertised.

Great Location

Overall it was a great experience. Short walk to many restaurants and shops. Gabriel was very informative and easy to communicate with. He set up our shuttle from the airport and our excursions. I would definitely recommend this property.
