"The Lady MacDonald Country Inn was a wonderful experience for our time in Banff. The staff were great hosts and incredibly helpful with any questions/concerns regarding our stay. They also made good, healthy breakfast to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The suite we stayed in was also very clean and kept well. Amenities that were offered were also wonderful. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this inn!"

"The condo we stayed in at Silver Creek Lodge was clean, spacious and had every cooking utensil to make our stay comfortable. Jacob was a superstar. He did everything from checking us in as well as fixing the tv that we screwed up with the remote control. The view was exceptional. We sat on the balcony as much as we could to take in the view of the beautiful mountains. We enjoyed the hot tubs every evening and booked appointments at Bodhi Spa. "Very nice, quite hotel"

"The restaurant attached to the hotel was handy, great breakfast menu but dinner menu was not really to my liking. Only 2 floors so there wasn’t so many people around and the mountain view is always spectacular. We were on the main floor with a patio door that led outside to a piece of grass. There should be chairs and a patio to sit on so you could stay outside. Bed was good, pillow selection was good and the room was clean."

"Unit was well stocked and while it did feel small when we first got in, it fit 6 adults well for 2 nights. The dining table was perfect for cards, the kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub looked great (although we didn’t have a chance to use it). Great communication via text with the staff. The only downfall was one parking space and we had three cars. There is parking on the street but it is paid 8am-8pm."

"Clean rooms and very accomodating staff. We got the room with full kitchen and upped deck beds. They clean the room everyday as well. My kids (5 and 2y/o) had fun at the plauground outside and even just playing inside the room. Spacious enough for them to play."

Had difficulty accessing front desk staff later in the evening (before the desk was supposed to close). A bit disappointed in a fee for late checkout if room was available. "A fantastic, spotless spot with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The mountain views are breathtaking! Dead Man's Flats is small and quiet, but the walkability to local gas stations and the coffee shop is a massive perk. Management was professional and responsive, and you can't beat how close it is to the drive into Banff."
