"Anxious owner. Very high $150 deposite, threatening to take if we damage. Clogged bath tub drain. Very poor lights in the room, plug damaged hair dryer. The service at the cafe was excellent. Food was great. The waitress rooms was excellent."

"Part of the problem I had was me. I booked a room through Expedia and didn't notice that they only had one guest down. I booked with the spa package. When my wife and I went to the spa to book a time for the spa we found out that had only said there would be one person in the room so only one spa package. Sent back to check-in we were told by front desk that since it was booked theoughe Xpedia they couldn't help me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told they could do nothing. So...

"Terrible staff, terrible communication. Front desk is clueless about basic changes made by their OWN team. Cannot resolve any issue. Called before and confirmed my room with the AM shift, only to get something completely different from the PM shift. If you make a mistake, maybe say sorry instead of “I dont know what happened”. Overall experience was just terrible, will never visit again."

"Strict check in and out times however allowed to park before check in time which was helpful. Didn’t see any staff for the most part and they seem to have a fully digital system. The air conditioning was extremely loud so disturbed sleep. Shower was weak too which was disappointing. Big TV with lots of channels which was nice and beds were comfortable. Fridge also convenient. "My sister in law and I come here once a year now. The rooms are large with a fireplace and kitchen and we get our own bathrooms too. We love how we can put our bathrobes on and head down to the onsite hot tubs and spa."

"Parking is terrible. Most nights they had charter buses, which took up many parking spaces and customers would not park properly, which would cause others to have to park elsewhere. Management would not enforce improper parking. Would never stay here again."
