"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Not only was it a close driving distance to Banff, but the hotel was in close proximity to downtown Canmore so we could walk everywhere easily! Upon arrival next day from outing, the room was not clean, and even after requesting housekeeping, the bed still had black bug crawling on and the wet towels were not removed. "Very clean rooms, size and layout of room was great. Loved the fireplace and that the room had a back door to the parking lot great for loading up the car. Our kids and Grandkids had softer beds. Our room had different but hard beds."

"We stayed in a 2 bdrm 2 bath suite with a balcony, it had everything we needed. The outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna were awesome after long days hiking! The only thing I would have liked to see is a little market or restaurant on-site that could be utilized to grab things rather than running out to a grocery store, gas station, restaurant, etc."

All rooms on one side of the hotel look out onto the hot tub which is a bit weird when you are in it and people are looking down on you. The bed was fantastic. The room was large and had a fireplace. Easy walk to Beamer's coffee shop and other shops. It was a great stay."
