Perfectly located along Milton Road and next to the Cambridge Science and Business Parks, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, this is the perfect place for 1-2 persons looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.

This spacious studio unit in a modern complex has been finished to a high standard. It is open plan living with a lounge/dining area and a large double bed and free-standing wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. Furnished throughout to create a relaxing and comfortable stay for you in Cambridge. Bath and hand towels are provided for each guest, and basic toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and hand wash.

The apartment is spread out over a large 650 sq feet providing ample space for entertaining or as a workspace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob and microwave. A luxurious ensuite bathroom with modern finish, offers a bath with a rain-shower, w.c., basin and heated towel rail. Central heating throughout and an air ventilation system installed.

Open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV to select your favourite streaming channel or TV program. Your own private balcony overlooking the well manicured courtyard below.

There is free on-street parking beside the complex with plenty of spaces along this quiet and safe street which is just off the busy Milton road.

Situated along Milton road and a short walk to the Cambridge Science Park and Business Park across the road. It is a short 2 mins drive to the A14, and a 4 mins drive to Cambridge North train station. The City centre and Cambridge station is 10 mins drive, or you can take the bus with a stop right in front of the building.

There is a popular local pub 3 doors down for great food and live entertainment. A Co-Op supermarket is across the street, and a Tesco Superstore in Milton which is a short 5 minute drive or you can take the bus and get off after 2 stops.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a Co-Op supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
