The space
Centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge and right next to Cambridge train station, this is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people looking to explore, work, or just a weekend away, with everything needed on your doorstep.

A stylish and ultra modern 2 bedroom apartment with open plan living, and furnished with well thought out pieces to create a luxurious, minimal, and relaxing stay in Cambridge.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed and Ensuite with walk-in shower
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed.
Each bedroom features their own wardrobes with shelves and hanging space.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower. Showers and taps digitally controlled.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels provided for each guest, and basic toiletries provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining and kitchen, with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV to select all your favourite streaming channels and programs. Connected to Super Fast Wifi for work or play.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and modern amenities. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use and an instant hot water tap for that morning coffee or tea.

PARKING:
Parking is unavailable in the building, but there are a number of short term and overnight car parks that are available nearby and only a short walk away that can be paid for. Free on street parking is available overnight (8pm – 6am) and on Sundays.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated next to Cambridge train station there is an array of coffee shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. It is a 2 minute walk to a Sainsburys Local or Co Op supermarket. A short distance to many of Cambridge's world famous universities and attractions, or take a bus from the local terminal that will get you around Cambridge to most locations. The perfect location for all occasions.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is not allowed.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a Sainsburys Local 2 minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
