About this space

The space
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located terrace with separate lounge and dining areas, complete with plenty of modern home comforts for relaxing. Our home provides 3 super comfortable beds and a well-kitted-out kitchen allowing you to cook your own meals, or you can visit the many pubs or eating establishments on your doorstep.

The house is accessed via its own private entrance and is standalone from a small cosy cabin in the back of the garden which is also available for guests to book separately or together. Guests have their own free parking spot or they can use the easy and quick transport links into the city centre of Cambridge or the nearby Science Park. Bike spaces are also available to use.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed
3rd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed
Each bedroom has its own wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.
The main bathroom with bath and shower, and a second bathroom downstairs with a shower only.
We provide fresh baths and hand towels for each guest, with toiletries provided including shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.

CHILLING:
Comfortable and open lounge with a 43-inch HD Smart TV to select your favorite Streaming App or Local TV channel. Superfast Wifi for work or study, and your own enclosed and private paved garden area.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, large American fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Delonghi coffee machine. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
A dedicated free car parking space belonging to the house is available in the driveway for guests to use. Free off-street parking is also available nearby on the side streets.

LOCATION:
Situated on Chesterton Road and a one-minute stroll to the River Cam for riverside walking, a jog, or swimming at one of Europe’s largest outdoor swimming pools. There are large open parks along the river and a kid's playground. It is also a short walk to all of Cambridge’s main sights, such as the colleges and museums. Numerous restaurants, pubs, and cafes are on your doorstep, and a Co-Op supermarket is less than a minute's walk for basic necessities.

There is also remote self-check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Guests have full, exclusive, and private use of our entire house and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.

- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet rolls, and kitchen rolls. If more is needed during your stay there is a Co-Op supermarket less than a minute walk away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

WHO IS PASS THE KEYS?
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge has personally inspected my home and certified it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

Additional rules
- Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking in the property is not allowed.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- No Pets allowed
- Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
- Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down, especially after 11 pm.
- Please remove shoes inside the apartment and leave them in the entrance hall.
- Travel Cot and High chair are available to hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.
- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, and £50 if you lock yourself out. Please be careful with them.
- We provide basic toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet rolls, and a kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a nearby supermarket less than a minute away.
- This is part of our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
