"My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and this was hands down best hotel we could’ve asked for. The staff was amazing start to finish (front desk, cleaning service, restaurants).
You could tell the hotel thought about the guest experience in everything they did down to the smallest details. We had the private hot tub in our room which I highly recommend, but it also came with a tablet where we could request everything with the touch of a button. Even had 8 pillow options to select...
"From the moment we arrived we got greeted in the driveway. The service was superb, property is clean and upkept, plenty of chairs at the pool, and breakfast had lots of options. We loved the atmosphere, calm and relaxing. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel can arrange taxi rides. I plan on coming back and staying longer next time. Thank you for a great first Mallorca experience. "

Stort flot værelse med god og stor seng, rummeligt badeværelse, sofa, skrivebord og egen lille terrasse med den smukkeste udsigt at vågne op til over bjerge.
To lækre pools, liggestole samt bar med mulighed for mad ved poolen. Da det er et lille hotel, er der som regel ganske få ved...
"Absolutely loved this hotel, wish we have stayed for more than 1 night since we were traveling around the island. It is truly little gem, located in walkable distance near 4 beautiful small beaches. The hotel, rooms and staff was amazing, loved the easy parking in front of hotel. Could have given 6 stars, hope to be back one day."

"10 out of 10!! Excellent food, perfect and super friendly service, great refurb. Big thanks to all the teammembers - it is not easy after a re-opening to such a great job.
One thing: the access from the beach to the resort should be controlled, we noticed people from outside using the hotel facitilities, could also be a safety issue."
"Alles top, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war super, es fehlte an nichts. Abendessen hatten wir nicht gebucht, haben es uns aber angeschaut, auch da fehlt es an nichts.
Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, selten sio liebes Mitarbeiter im Hotel gesehen.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel.

"JUST GO!!! Perfect location in Old Town, Alcudia. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, really fun and chatty! The pool area is small but gorgeous and quiet, the spa is lovely too. We didn’t have breakfast here but it looked good from our balcony! The rooms are beautifully designed and very spacious - we stayed in a standard room and it was fab. Coffee machine and water in the room sooo appreciated. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!"
"Wonderful hotel, nice modern, well air conditioned room, it’s very peaceful with the birds by the pool. The staff are very polite and helpful. What I would say is it would be worth renting a decent car (don’t use Gold Car/Auto Europe) so that you can get around as taxis in the area are expensive and difficult to get hold of. I would recommend this hotel to others though. "
"Lovely stay at Santuari de Lluc. We stayed for 5 nights and even though it was hot it was bearable with the fans in the room. We had dinner at the nearby restaurant which was fab and the surroundings are just beautiful! We had absolutely no complaints for the price of our stay. "
"We stayed 7 nights with two children (5 and 2 years old). Comfortable room with good amenities, I would’ve wanted a coffee maker and an iron (but that’s just me being picky). The room itself is spacious as is the balcony. Big fridge! The location is great, just a short walk from the beach and lots of restaurants. The kids club at the hotel is just outstanding. The staff are so committed to making it a memorable experience for the kids - I can’t thank them enough! Great size pool, food is good...
