"Had a great stay minus one of the doors going to the bathroom got stuck and I had to get rescued by the staff lol but it was no big deal. Very convenient place to stay and I was able to walk to get food and back. I’m from Seattle and it felt like I was in Seattle still. Staff was very helpful through text and responded back in a timely manner. I slept like a baby, put on my headphones and was gone with the wind. "A beautiful hotel with a wonderful, attentive staff. Deluxe double queen room was lovely and quiet. The only potential negative is the neighborhood. Though nicely situated to Union Square and public transportation such as cable cars and muni, about a block in the other direction may be the start of the sketchiest part of the city— an area that was dirty and depressed with a very large, visible homeless population. My family never had an issue with this, but we made sure to stay clear....

"The hotel was very nice, beautiful and comfortable."

"The staff here is stellar- so accommodating and kind, they always were happy to help with any questions or assistance needed! The hotel is modern and fun, the happy hour is delightful and the rooms are spacious! Love how dog friendly it is. We will be back!"

"We loved our stay. All staff we encountered were kind and helpful. We felt very safe during our stay. They even stored our luggage for us after we checked out, so that we could continue exploring until we had to leave for the airport. "
