Elevator was slow but useful. We asked for a room on the top floor and in the back away from the traffic and that's exactly what we got. The room itself was clean and roomy. "The hotel overall was very nice. The room was newly remodeled and the air worked great. The elevator is being renovated and there was often a large wait and also it was looked in disrepair. It was a great location. Parking was expensive. Parking was at the Westin a few buildings down."

"The staff is amazing. The room needed a clean. No screens on the windows. There is only 1 elevator so during check out time and with the housekeeping carts, the elevator wasn't worth waiting for. I would stay again because of the location, value and staff, but I would bring some cleaning items with me."
