"Check-in was different but efficient. We booked through Expedia and chose the “reserve now, pay later” option and opted to pay at check-in. They tried to charge our card the night before which was annoying.
The room was nice. Mostly clean but there were some questionable messes on the shower curtain and bathroom door that got over looked.

"We love the little kitchen in our room. We needed a freezer for the food items we brought from our travel and we were very glad to find a big fridge! The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was on time and the drivers were very nice. The only thing that they need to improve on is the drain in the bath tub at Room 220. It did not drain very well. Otherwise, our stay was very good and would love to go back and recommend La Quinta at West Millbrae."
