"After travelling on a much earlier train than originally booked, due to the hot weather, we were in Paignton alot earlier than we planned and had to wait a few more hours before checking in, Emma and Alan were very accommodating in letting us leave our suitcase with them before checking in, which was a huge help. They were very knowledgeable on the local area, and there were alot of information leaflets available to guests too. We had soft drinks and snacks that were available 24/7, payment was...

"Lovely building and really helpful owners / staff . Was really clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good . Only a couple of minor things really , the shower head kept dipping down so was a bit of pain when you were shampooing etc . Bit noisy at night time but obviously the very nice owners can’t help that ."

"Staff ..ist class..location excellent..as the hotel is on a slight hill.just take your time walking from the harbour side..if u are struggling to walk asked the owner if u can have a lower floor.nothing is to much for him..very helpful..I would stay again.Note the 22 bus from Paignton stops right outside the hotel.."

"Very interesting set up at the Rooms, loved the decor and the big lounge area. The little touches such as milk and water in fridge, and the dog basket, was really good. The decor in the bathroom on one side was dated and the towel rail had come away from the wall.. but everything was clean and presented very nicely. A good place to stay for a short trip.. many thanks "
