## Space
Please note that the house in not brand new. It is kept in a very good shape, but equipment is showing some years.
The House lays in Istria, in Karigador (Dajla), close to Novi Grad and Umag, in a calm holiday resort. The inner space has been partly renovated in 2016 and it is suitable for 2 families or a larger company, it is 100m2 large, takes 8 people and provides extraordinary comfort. There are four bedrooms (two adult bedrooms and two for children) and two bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Suitable for families with smaller children for a carefree and open vacation for parents. The property is surrounded by a fence (the children can not wander away), the sea and the bay are free of strong currents and are safe for swimming. The house has a modern kitchen and also an outer fireplace and grill for roasting. Enjoy yourself on one of the two bigger terraces and one smaller or you can also lay in the garden. There are 2 LCD TVs, through the Wi-Fi connection you have access to the internet from every part of the space.

- House: 8 beds, 4 bedrooms (2x double bed, 4x single bed), 2x bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room.
- Garden: One terrace with roof, two open terraces.

- Outside: Fireplace for the grill outside, fenced and covered parking place for 2 cars.

## Access
House is located 100 m from the sea, no traffic road between the house and the sea. Very suitable also for families with small children for a relaxed holiday for parents. The compound is fully fenced (so children cannot wriggle out); the sea and bay are calm, without strong currents, and safe for swimming (in normal weather). The house is a five-minute walk away from nearby Camp Umag, where is a tennis court, minigolf, swimming pools with a playground for children, restaurants, grocery, etc... Also, cycling routes are nearby.

Location parfaite et maison agréable

La maison était suffisamment spacieuse pour 7 personnes. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées, ce qui s'apprécie vu la chaleur extérieure (un entretien des appareils serait toutefois nécessaires pour les odeurs et el bruit de certains). 2 belles salles de bain, des velos sur place, de l'espace extérieur et des emplacements de parkings sécurisés.
