The custom-design entrance hall is a welcome greeting of calm and order from the outside world and is a fitting introduction to the many features of this special and beautifully formed bungaroosh Sussex home. A whimsical greeting awaits our visitors on the threshold of the property with a decorative trombone!

The cosy property is fully centrally heated, warm and welcoming. Beyond the hallway is the open-plan bespoke kitchen and dining area. The house is well equipped for all your cooking and dining needs, including gas stove, large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Full provision of wine glasses, crockery and cooking utensils are provided for in the home for all your dining needs. There is also a washer/dryer.

Under the stairs, there is a compact workstation which is a convenient desk space for work, study, administrative tasks, or computing. There is high-speed Wifi throughout the property.

The living room is contemporary, cosy, relaxing and homely with original décor, artwork and design effects, as well as a modern design fireside rug. There is a home-from-home feel with all the creature comforts necessary to relax after a shopping spree or before dinner with friends, including the fireplace feature and subtle lighting.

The master bedroom has a bespoke contemporary wardrobe which complements the unique carpentry throughout the property. This bedroom has a fireplace feature over which there is more Oriental artwork and shells from the Caribbean. A classic 19th century English chest of drawers compliments the joinery and woodwork throughout. A special feature in the master bedroom is the wooden whole-wall covering which adds to the warmth of the décor. A comfortable double bed is accompanied by an elegant French beside table with lamp by contemporary British designer Tom Raffield. There is a wall-stand mirror and a contemporary luxury rug for additional comfort. There is also a stylishly upholstered armchair.

The second bedroom offers exceptional versatility and bespoke comfort with cabin-style large bunks to a custom design with full-size single mattress bunks. These are really comfortable and fun for any child or the child in any grown-up! There is also a modern small wardrobe for your clothes.

The townhouse includes fresh quality cotton bedlinen, pillows, towels and luxury cushions. There is an ironing board and steam iron for your convenience as well (in the hallway cupboard).
