The house boasts a modern and spacious open-plan living and dining room downstairs, complete with a fully equipped kitchen (featuring a dishwasher). Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with a super king-sized bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a sleek family bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Space:
Located close to Brighton's iconic beach, train station, and vibrant North Laine district, this charming two-bedroom house provides an ideal retreat for couples or families. With Brighton Pier, local shops, and cafes all within easy reach, you’ll have the perfect base to explore the best the city has to offer.

The house boasts a large, open-plan living space featuring two comfortable sofas and a private, sunny courtyard, perfect for unwinding or enjoying time with loved ones.

The fully integrated, modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay, including a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and microwave, as well as cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. Complimentary essentials like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also provided, so you can settle in immediately.

The bright and spacious living room, complete with two sofas (one of which doubles as a sofa bed), is a welcoming place to relax. With a Smart TV, original fireplace, wooden floors, and double doors opening onto the private courtyard, it’s ideal for cozy nights in. The dining area, with a table that seats six, is perfect for gathering together over meals or drinks.

Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, ample storage, and a dressing table that can double as a desk. The second bedroom offers two single beds, making it a versatile option for families. All guests will enjoy fresh, white linens, large towels, and complimentary toiletries.

The contemporary, fully tiled bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, helping you to instantly feel at ease and at home. The sunny, private courtyard is a peaceful spot for morning coffee or outdoor dining.

Guest Access:
