This is a fresh and bright new condo in a brand new building. The living room features a plush couch and two wicker chairs with comfortable cushions, a large flat-screen television and a midcentury-modern coffee table. The open concept space is welcoming and allows a gentle flow through a dining area to the kitchen with a full suite of appliances, including new refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The warmth and colors in the décor and furniture brighten the space and invite one in.

The bedroom has a large sliding privacy door as well as an entrance door on the kitchen side, giving access from both sides of the room. A comfortable queen-sized bed is roomy enough for two and a third person can be accommodated on the cozy living room couch.

The walk-in closet has plenty of room for your wardrobe and includes a stacked washer/dryer for that last minute load of laundry. If you need extra storage space there is also a large closet near the front door for your extra shoes/jackets, etc. In the bathroom, you'll find a shower/tub combo, clean towels and a well-lit vanity.

While there is no parking available on the property, you'll find several convenient public parking lots within two blocks of the condo.

Clean Condo with WiFi Issue

The condo is very clean and is close to restaurants and shopping. I had no washcloths and when I contacted the property manager I was told someone would bring them and they never did. I did a load of laundry on the last day of my stay and when I went to put my cloths in the dryer I found towels and washcloths half dry in the dryer. The TV did not work during the entire stay. There are 3 WiFi networks to choose from and none of them would work on the TV. The WiFi would go in and out of service on my phone and iPad. I could not use it to work from my computer due to poor reception. I was provided a small refund due to the issues I had but it was not enough to make up for the problems I had.
