"The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!"

"This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there."

"We booked through Expedia for 3 nights. Because of a medical emergency requiring us to drive 10 hours back to RI we had to leave a day earlier than expected. "The staff was nice, and I never heard a plane take off. The problem is ROAD NOISE. This hotel fronts a major road. If you’re on the south side of the hotel (half the rooms) the road noise is really hard to sleep through. The A/C worked but there wasn’t any setting for “constant fan” so no good option for white noise. The room was clean but smelled of tobacco smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. The carpet in the stairwell was dirty."

"We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time."

"The front desk clerk was super friendly. Room basic, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast did not have hot food but what they had was good quality - hard boiled eggs, yogurt with toppings, and good bagels and pastries."
