Lights are a bit of challenge as they are push buttons that down always click…. Shower was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Older building with single pane windows that let all the outside sound in - I could hear the pigeons outside and garbage pick up (which seems to be every night between 3:00 and 5:00 am). "Newish hotel, great decor with on site restaurants and bar. It’s close enough to the shopping district but far enough away to miss out on the noise and hustle. Decent gym and indoor swimming pool on the top floor. Cleanliness was hit and miss, with hair on the bathroom bench when we arrived and our room service tray left outside our door, uncollected for over 24 hrs. Staff were friendly and accomodating. "

Cleanliness was ok but, has bare minimum to pass a sheet change and put out towels become the markers of top quality city stay? The actual aesthetic and locality of the hotel is good and great access to cafes and bars. All walkable distance. If this kind of feedback actually leads to improvements then great. "

"While the location is convenient, the cleanliness of our room was appalling. It was extremely dusty—from the bed and shelves to the carpets and upholstery. The furniture was visibly stained, and we even found crumbs from the previous guest on the chairs. Most shockingly, the floor was filthy; it clearly hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned, as it was covered in dust, crumbs, and old coffee stains. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. We expected far better standards."
