"The flat is spacious and clean, well located near the high street with plenty of restaurants and shops. We really appreciated all the clear instructions in the house manual and the basic kitchen supplies the hosts had left for us. Checking in and communicating with the host was very straight forward. Overall a very comfortable and uncomplicated stay. Thank you!"

"Do NOT book this service/host!!Absolutely horrible experience with this host. Booked months in advance, arrived at the apartment and was completely ghosted by the host despite numerous attempts to message and call the host. Clearly a scamming host. Had to contact the help service who also couldn’t get hold of the host. After numerous attempts the help service had to cancel our stay for the weekend which we had driven 5 hours for! Considering our long journey to get there and as 2 vulnerable...

"The photos don’t match the photos from 2022. Suitable if you are working in the area for a while but not for a holiday. Decor was tired. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had all the utensils and utilities you need, hence the 3*"

"Lovely open apartment. Very clean and spacious, had everything you need. Good location with a shop 2 doors down and a couple of good quality take aways in the same row of buildings. Bus stop across the road so very accessible. 15 minute walk to trams and Salford quays. Would definitely go again. Well managed. When I arrived I discovered the kettle didn’t work. Left a voice note when I went out and there was a new one there when I got back! Excellent service"
