We do charge a Refundable Security Deposit of £100, which is collected offline, we require prior to check in.

Please note it is essential that you follow the rules and regulations during your stay. Failure to do so will result in a full reduction of your security deposit of £100.


QUIET TIME
As this is a residential area we ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10PM- 8AM.

BREAKAGES
We understand things can break. If you do break something please let us know immediately. If it’s something minor we most likely won’t charge but any bigger issues could result to a reduction of your security deposit

THEFT
Any theft would result in a full deduction of the security deposit
