"This hotel was perfect for our stay. Close to New Street station on foot as well as to the city centre and restaurants you may need. Accommodation we couldn’t fault. Breakfast was great and included in the price we paid!! We definitely will stay here again!! Thank you ☺️"

"A clean, well kept hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Lovely food, fabulous drinks. Well situated for events at the NEC and beyond if you don’t mind a taxi or train ride. "The staff were so friendly and helpful. From the checking in early which was no problem at all, to sorting out the parking, to giving us directions. The afternoon tea was an equally pleasurable experience. Fantastic location"
