"Stayed in the pod with en-suite for one night after visiting the NEC. Location was great with just a short and quick journey back from the NEC avoiding all the traffic. We arrived by 6pm so checked in at reception with the key to our pod handed over. Pod was small but functional and adequate for the night which we found to be warm and cosy. "Lovely little guest house with the restaurant below it. The person at the checkout was welcoming and friendly, he brought my luggage up for me to my room which is really helpful because there's no lift, only stairs. Food was delicious (Asian-approved spiciness) and staff was nice. On the Sat evening when I was there , there had been a live band playing outside the restaurant area, they had a stage for live performances. Lovely atmosphere with good food and music.
