"Bed was comfortable, everything was fine. Two (minor) complaints: no elevator (bad back and knees made this a big deal) and only 1 mirror in the room, at the bathroom vanity. As someone who wears glasses, this made it impossible to apply makeup appropriately, and no way to check final appearance before leaving for our event. Again - minor, but irritating."

"The hotel is in need of an update. The room was comfortable enough, but I couldn’t imagine staying here other than the one night. They are very clear that it is a continental and not a hot breakfast, so the pastries should be fresh and not hard or stale. Three of us checked in, but had to ask for more towels because there were only two sets. Staff, however, were responsive. If you’re looking for something modern and fresh, pass on this location."

"If you’re looking for a clean and easy place to just lay your head down, this was perfect. Amazing location; streetcar stop right outside the entrance, and a public parking garage only 2 blocks away. Staff was great.
