"We were in Rotterdam for the NorthSeaJazz festival weekend and had a really pleasant day at the Art Hotel. It is very convenient to the subway stop and there are restaurants within walking distance. It is just one stop from the Ahoy theater where the jazz festival took place. The hotel is located a quick train ride from the Rotterdam Central and we also took transportation from there to visit The Hague, which was a nice bonus trip. "Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort, um einen zentralen Ausgangspunkt für einen Festivalshuttle zu haben. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gemütlich und komfortabel für diesen Anlass. Schön ist auch der späte Check-Out bis 12 Uhr. Es gab im Bad keine Lüftung, sodass die Handtücher nicht richtig getrocknet sind - diese wurden aber durch das Servicepersonal in unserer Abwesenheit auf unseren Wunsch ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück für 19 Euro ist eine absolute Empfehlung, da keine Frühstückslokale in der Nähe...

"The hotel was a good standard travel lodge kind of place, nothing too special but totally suitable for what I needed. Only issue was the restaurant closed at 8pm and there was no iron in the room but other than that is was perfectly adequate for my needs. Road noise was also an issue but given where the hotel is located i am not surprised. Would I stay here again...... probably yes."

"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."

Le personnel très aimable, fait des efforts pour comprendre et communiquer malgré mon mauvais anglais. Le concept de la petite épicerie est très apprécié, permet de prendre un petit déjeuner ou un en-cas rapide et à un prix très raisonnable. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir."

"Uns hatte die Unterkunft gar nicht gefallen. Das Hotel hat eher einen Hostelcharakter, Fenster waren nicht schalldicht, wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Im Zimmer kommen über die Klimaanlage Küchengerüche ins Zimmer, man konnte sie nicht abstellen. Preis/Leistung passt nicht."
