Some people might find it a quirky hotel and appealing because of this. But I totally disliked it. Negatives: 1. No lift so you have to carry cases up many akward steps. 2. Mold and damp in rooms. 3. "Immaculate hotel, perfect location close to metro lines to take you in to Rotterdam central. Great range of rooms, family room is very nice. Very friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Food is very nice and very filling. Highly recommended. "

"Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. Customer service was lacking unfortunately. Check-in was slow but ok. The girl at the desk mentioned a new system being the cause of the delay. There were a few people waiting but only one person behind the desk. Checkout was actually terrible. We left early, about 6am. The girl behind the desk had headphones on and didn't remove them until we were right at the desk (she did see us coming). I had to tell her the room number three times in the space of 5...
