"I don’t think the apartment we booked was the apartment we got. It was nice and clean, the view was great but if everyone that was supposed to stay stayed, we wouldn’t have had enough beds for how many we booked for. There were just little things that were overlooked, eg. not enough toilet paper…parking was a nightmare to navigate. But overall the place was nice, great location, great view of the beach and we had a great time. If we ever want to stay at Surfers again we’d probably consider...

"Price vs location was great, tram directly across road, surfers paradise and the like was only 2 or 3 stops away, pool area great, stayed in a corner room was big and came with pullout bed which was ideal. Overall would definitely recommend "

Hudson at reception was good, but the time it took to checkin was quite long for a relatively short queue (3). tried to checkin online via the link they sent me but it didn't work and didn't get sent a new one so thad to do it at the hotel. the rooms are getting tired and the money being spent on the oustide would be better of on the inside. "The studio with jet bath was my occupancy. The room is average. Clear signs of wear and tear (carpet torn in many places, oven was rusted, bed wasn’t too comfy, toilet taps made sounds and jet bath was not very clean). Overall, an okay place to stay, staff is very friendly and location is good."
