The neighborhood was very quiet over the holidays when we were there, but it was an easy walk to a few different Tube stations or to St. Paul's Cathedral and some of the other sights."

"The hotel looks super nice from the outside. Very clean and elegant. The receptionist Victor is a super nice guy. He’s very funny and he helped us with everything we needed. Our room was ready early and we could go in straight away. The room was really big, the bathroom as well. Everything was clean and we had a nice view. The atmosphere in the hotel is really relaxing in total and it was nicely decorated for Christmas time. I would definitely come back to this hotel."

"部屋、水回り共にとてもきれいでした。 滞在中の掃除は入らないですが、掃除機は自由に使えるので長期滞在でも清潔さは保てました。ただ、水回りを掃除できるものがなく、シャワー室の床にピンク汚れが出てきてしまったのでシャワー室を掃除できるものも置いて欲しいと思いました。 ゴミ袋が足りなくなり連絡したらすぐに届けてくれたり、不明な点をメールで連絡してもすぐにレスをくれたり、海外は対応が遅いイメージでしたが日本並みに早かったです。 基本的に不満に思うことはなかったですが、テレビが勝手に付いたり消えたりしたのと、洗濯機が汚かったのは気になりました。 洗濯機に関してはお客さまのためというよりもスタッフが清掃で使ったものなどを洗濯するのを使わせてもらってる、という感じでした。(ちなみに、洗濯洗剤は2回分部屋に置いてありました)"
