"Great airport hotel. Excellent staff and good sports bar for the World Cup"

"The staff and bar were the best part of this stay. The bartenders were excellent and the valet staff incredible! The front desk staff is hit and miss. There’s a Kevin hart looking guy that is rude every time I’m there, but the others are friendly and helpful. Other than that, the rooms are mostly just ok if you’re a “the hotel is just where we’re sleeping” kinda traveler. Nothing nice and minimal amenities."

"We stayed here with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the best features is its location—it's within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf, making it very convenient to explore the area"

"Clean room with good bathroom. Beds were very soft at first but housekeeping put something under the mattress so my husband and I would not have backaches the entire trip. We stayed here with kids which I don't think I'd do again. It's not a great neighborhood for kids but the staff at the hotel was wonderful with our kids. This hotel is more suited for the business traveler than families."
